Inter-regional travel prohibited after April 5

1- The curfew certificate continues

2- The certificate to be used during the day beyond 10 km
This is the novelty of this generalized confinement or third confinement. Now, if you want to travel during the day, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., outside of curfew hours, and beyond the authorized 10 km radius from your home, you will need a travel certificate. derogatory justifying the overriding reason (work, childcare) for which you are forced to travel.

3- No certificate if you are less than 10 km from your home
At less than 10 km, there is no need to use it according to the Prime Minister, at least if you have proof of address on you.
Regarding the practical operation of certificates, this remains unchanged. You have to download the derogatory certificate then print it on paper or copy it by hand on free paper (using a pen and not a pencil), fill in the requested information, date it and then sign it.
