Built on more than one hectare, including 2,500 m2 covered, the new slaughterhouse aims to meet the needs of the population for meat meeting the health and quality standards required (ISO9001 and ONSSA). Its production capacity: 300 heads of sheep / hour and 40 heads of cattle / hour and a cutting capacity that exceeds 400 heads of sheep and 100 heads of cattle. The slaughterhouse houses, among other things, stables, cooling and freezing rooms.
