Ninety-three people were arrested. They had all refused to obey the injunction of the Vaud cantonal police who wanted to dislodge them from the Mormont hill. Among them, two minors. All were released this afternoon, except one individual who is accused of violence against officials. Two people could not be dislodged and are currently perched in the trees.

Thirty-six people are of Swiss nationality. All reside on Swiss territory, except five people. Forty-nine people were heard by the Vaud public prosecutor and almost as many immediate criminal conviction orders were issued for those who refused to disclose their identity.
