Manchester City are planning to strike a big blow in the transfer market next summer. Erling Haaland and Lionel Messi would be the two priorities of the Citizens. Just that, but not just them.
While we know that the interest in Erling Haaland was indeed real for next season, we learn this Thursday that Manchester City would not have finally abandoned the idea of recruiting Lionel Messi as well. Both players are on a list of potential rookies that also features Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish.
Kane and Martinez also coveted
According to the Sun, the list would also be completed by players like Harry Kane or Lautaro Martinez, the Inter Milan striker. Pep Guardiola could have an envelope of a minimum of 250 million euros for the estival market 2021 while the English authorities plan the return of the public in the stadiums for the next season.
